Quinovic West Auckland Property Management offers the most extensive pre-occupancy property condition report in the industry. Each report includes 300-500 photos, evidence of the condition of your property before it is let. Once a property is rented, we carry out property inspections every 3 months. Our report is emailed to owners promptly, and contains photographs to show the current condition of the property.

Our tenancy checking process always includes credit, Ministry of justice and reference checks. We always collect a 4 week security bond from tenants and we use comprehensive tenancy agreements with extensive terms and conditions.
