Due to my inexperience in property management (and the dreaded ‘what-if” thoughts) I assigned Quinovic (West Auckland) to look after my rental property since February 2013. Right from the beginning they have been professional, undertaken comprehensive inspections, and kept me informed of anything that requires attention at the property.
When my current tenant decided to move out earlier this year, Zoe from Quinovic immediately advertised and held a couple of open homes. Unfortunately no one suitable came along and I started to get anxious. Zoe remained positive and optimistic (and would certainly not sign up second-best tenants). In the end a suitable tenant moved in, with only two days vacancy.
Recently Brendon went out of his way to do a Meth Test (after hours) on a property I wanted to purchase. When we arrived at the site, the vendor was quite adamant that we did not bother testing the adjoining sleep-out as there was an unwell guy in there trying to sleep. Brendon was courteous and said he would be discreet, and then continued on with the full testing. Much to my horror, the results came back with a high meth contamination, and so I did not end up purchasing the property. The $300 urgent test Brendon encouraged me to do actually saved me over $100,000 in a very big headache!
I would recommend Quinovic West Auckland to anyone wanting peace of mind in the management of their rental property. Brendon certainly understands a Landlord’s needs as he is one himself.
