The first property manager that I listed my rental with had a month to find me a tenant. So I was pretty shocked when I found out near the end of the month that they hadn’t shown a single person through the house. On the recommendation of a friend I gave Quinovic West Auckland a ring. Admittedly after my first experience I was a bit stressed out as I was about to head overseas but within a week Quinovic had found me a good tenant. I have quickly come to realise the importance of having your property professionally managed and by the right team. It really can make or break your investment. As a new property investor and a single woman I’ll admit I can be pretty nervous about property investing but the Quinovic team always have time to answer my questions and go above and beyond the call of duty to offer advice. Because Brendon is a property investor himself he is a fountain of knowledge on these matters. In fact I have asked him so many questions over the years that I actually think of Brendon more as a friend now than simply a property manager. Having Quinovic manage my property for me has allowed me to travel overseas for long periods of time free from the worry of what is happening with my house. In fact I feel so comfortable having Quinovic manage my property it has given me the confidence to go forward and look at the possibility of purchasing a second house.
