The processes that Brendan and Zoe used were very good. They really worked with us to understand what we were looking for in a tenant – the most important thing for us was a tenant that fitted with our needs and priorities. We we were going overseas for 12 months and we had just completed a top end kitchen fit out, so we were desperate for someone that would look after the new kitchen cabinetry and appliances. They totally understood the brief, and delivered on it. A friend recently asked for advice and I recommended Brendan – based particularly on the processes that he used for finding our tenants. If we went overseas again we would use Brendan again.
