“Hi Brendon, I keep meaning to do it – but never get around to it. Funny how we always have time to complain but rarely time to compliment?! Tyler Hill has been our Property Manager for a while now. Oh Boy, I wish all PMs were this good! I have dealt with numerous PMs both as a tenant and as an owner and never been 100% happy with them, usually as I feel that they are taking their cut and not really doing anything for it. Most I have had to chase to get things done or I don’t trust what they are saying to me. Tyler on the other hand….is awesome. We feel confident that our house is being looked after and that things are being done. She has dealt with difficult tenants respectfully but strongly and her communication levels with us are fantastic. On top of this, my major bugbear with other business contacts….she can be contacted! It bemuses me that in this day of mobile technology, how frequently people (especially companies) don’t answer their phone or respond to emails. Tyler rarely misses a call (even after work hours) and if does, I know will call me back as soon as she has picked up the message. She is a MASSIVE asset to your company, please do everything to always keep her!”
